This five-bedroom home boasts a lounge-worthy living room, a terrace with an attached bar, and a manicured lawn complete with swings and other outdoor furnishings. – Secured parking space for up to 2 cars and 4 bikes

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 5 airconditioned bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer an array of amenities including a king-sized bed and Wi-Fi access.
– Both rooms on the ground floor open up to the private patio, and all rooms on the first floor have an attached, running balcony, overlooking the pool and the garden.
– 4 rooms offer an attached bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers U-shaped seating for up to 8 people.
– It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi access and a TV.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people.
– The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling half-acre lawn, complete with swings and a cabana, ideal for an alfresco feast.
– It can seat up to 8 people.
– There is a private swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM.
– The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to unwind in. It has pool loungers and sit-out space.
– Guests can soak in the gorgeous surrounding views from the terrace.
– There is an outdoor bar counter on the terrace.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Guests can go out to nearby restaurants such as Konkan Katta, Amravan Restaurant, NH66 Garden Restaurant, Nivaant Restaurant.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 female and 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meal charges. The staff members will be accommodated in-house. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool. Play indoor games like cards, table tennis, pool and foosball. Take a leisurely stroll on the beautifully manicured lawn, unwind in the cabana and enjoy an alfresco feast. Head over to the terrace and soak in the misty breeze and savour the splendid landscapes. Relish a lavish barbecue spread.
