The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 1 on the lower ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor.  
– AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 2 rooms have queen-sized beds. 
– Balconies are attached to all of the rooms. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 bathrooms in the villa – 4 attached, 1 common bathroom on the lower ground floor.
– All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats 6 people.
– It offers AC and TV.  
– The dining area seats 8 people. 
– There is a common bathroom in the basement. 
– There is a 215 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 20 people. 
– There is a swimming pool.
– The pool is 3.5m x 4.5m in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.

KITCHEN
– Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.
– Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a toaster, and a mixer-grinder. 
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food.
– A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability. 
– The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.  <!–td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}–> In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk and embrace its beauty. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
– The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
– Parking space is secured for 1 car, while 3 cars can be parked outside the villa.

HOUSE RULES
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
– Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
– One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
– All-male groups are not allowed. 
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
