1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the booking amount will be forfeited in full.
- Any special offers, promotional rates, or last-minute deals may carry non-refundable terms, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source only.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Once processed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the registered contact details.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Deductions & Processing Charges
- Any applicable cancellation or administrative fees will be deducted from the refundable amount, as per the specific villa’s policy.
- Bank or transaction charges (if any) incurred during payment are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable & Special Cases
- Certain bookings made during peak seasons, festive periods, or long weekends may be non-refundable or subject to specific terms.
- In exceptional cases such as natural calamities or unforeseen events, Vivanta Stays reserves the right to offer rescheduling instead of a refund, based on availability and discretion.
5. Modification of Booking
- Guests may request date modifications subject to villa availability and applicable rate differences.
- Modified bookings may follow new terms and conditions based on the updated dates or tariff.
