Step onto the lawn with a hot cup of chai as the quiet sets the tone for the day. Indoors, the clean marble flooring and warm lighting make everything feel calm and grounded. Midday is for lounging maybe a few rounds of carrom or poker, or simply stretching out with music in the background. As the afternoon drifts by, fire up the BBQ for a relaxed meal with friends or family, surrounded by open skies and fresh air. When the sun dips low, the lawn transforms into a cosy setup with a bonfire at its heart perfect for stories, laughter, and the occasional guitar strum. At Casa Tino, time doesn’t rush it flows.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. A Pet charge of Rs 2000 per pet per day and a refundable SD of Rs 10,000 will be collected. 
– Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
