The Space
Lovingly built to bring the essence of Bali to Goa, this villa features high-beamed ceilings, warm natural textures, and refined contemporary finishes. Overlooking a lush private garden, the villa includes three spacious ensuite bedrooms, a large swimming pool crafted with shuka bhumi stone, and an expansive open living area.
Unwind in the outdoor hot tub under the open sky, surrounded by tranquil greenery. Although restaurants and shops are just a five-minute drive away, the property offers a peaceful and secluded environment for a perfect getaway.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including:
- Private swimming pool
- Outdoor garden area
- All living spaces
- Bedrooms and kitchen
Check-in will be managed by our on-site staff. Guests are required to submit valid ID proof for all occupants along with a refundable security deposit of ₹20,000.
For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Important Information
- A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is collected at check-in and returned at checkout (subject to no damages).
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and charged at ₹2,000 per hour.
- Guests are requested to switch off pool lights and the pool motor/filter when not in use.
- The poolside gazebo is unavailable during the monsoon season.
- Housekeeping services are available daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- No loud music, parties, or disturbances are permitted after 10:00 PM.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
