The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms – 2 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor.
– All bedrooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms.
– The master bedroom on the lower ground floor overlooks the river and island.
– 2 bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and 1 bedroom has a king-sized bed.
BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– 1 bathroom has separate his and her sink.
COMMON AREAS
– There is a living room on the ground floor. It can seat up to 6 people.
– It offers AC, TV, a music system and WiFi access.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
– There is a private swimming pool. It is 5×2.5 metres in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– The pool is equipped with pool loungers, tables and chairs.
– Guests can head over to the private terrace that offers gorgeous views of the bay and sky.
– On prior confirmation, guests can also access the common society pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room in the clubhouse. Guests will have access to the clubhouse from 9 AM to 5 PM, from Monday through Saturday.
KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
– Guests can order-in or go out to nearby restaurants like Domino’s, Joet’s Restaurant and Martin’s Corner.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire apartment. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and the swimming pool.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to offer accommodation for your personal staff.

House Rules and Policy
- Any eatables dropped would attract ants and insects, hence guests are requested to keep the space clean.
- Please note that kids below the age of 5 are not allowed at the property. We request the guests to book their stay accordingly.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children must be supervised.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms.
- Guests are requested to keep the windows and doors closed in the evenings, given the presence of mosquitoes.
- The stay is a part of a gated community.
- Guests are not allowed to eat or drink and smoke in the bedrooms.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.
- In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the apartment for security purposes.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
